Our Story

Fresh Harvest was founded in 2020 by Chef Budi Santoso, who wanted to bring the authentic flavors of Indonesian cuisine to a modern dining experience. Growing up in a family of food enthusiasts in Central Java, Chef Budi learned the secrets of traditional Indonesian cooking from his grandmother.

After studying culinary arts and working in several renowned restaurants across Southeast Asia, Chef Budi returned to Indonesia with a vision to elevate Indonesian cuisine while preserving its authentic flavors and techniques.

Fresh Harvest is the culmination of that vision – a place where traditional recipes meet contemporary presentation, where local ingredients are celebrated, and where every guest is treated to an unforgettable dining experience.
